展示会全体に関して

本展示会は 日時指定制の入れ替え制です。
チケット購入時に入場会の指定が必要です。
チケットは各回ごとに入場時間と整理番号が記載されており、時間毎の入場となります。
チケットは該当の回のみで入場ができます。別の回では入場できません。
本展示会に関する情報や注意事項は予告なく変更となる場合がございます。
最新情報、詳細、注意事項を本サイト、公式X、チケットサイトにて必ずご確認ください。

入場に関して

「イベント入場チケット」をお持ちでない方は入場いただけません。
チケットはライブポケットで販売します。展示会でのチケット販売はございません。
ペットをつれてのご入場はできません。
再入場はできません。
開場時間の15分前以降イベント会場へお越しください。
入場は整理番号順を予定しております。
ご入場時には「入場整理券画面」のQRコード認証を行います。
ご入場の際、チケット購入時のアカウント氏名と同一のお名前を確認できる顔写真付き身分証明書をご提示ください。

以下の顔写真付きの身分証明書が有効です。
・パスポート
・運転免許証
・マイナンバーカード
・障がい者手帳
・在留カード
・特別永住者証明書
※顔写真のない上記身分証明書では、チケットをお持ちの場合でもご入場いただけません。
※コピー・手書き・期限切れ・改変されたものは使用できません。

入場時にイベント参加チケットに含まれているワンドリンクの引換券をお渡しいたします。
ドリンクの注文、引き換えはドリンクコーナーにて行っております。
入場時にお手荷物を確認させていただく場合がございます。
法令で禁止されている物品のお持ち込みは固くお断りいたします。
キャリーケースなどの大きなお荷物は会場内にお持ち込みいただけません。（会場でのお預かりはいたしかねます）
防犯上の理由により、顔が確認できない被り物・特殊メイク・覆面・フルフェイス・コスプレでのご来場はお断りしております。
会場内は全面禁煙です。喫煙所のご用意もございません。
貴重品を含むお荷物は各自で管理してください。
主催者は紛失・盗難・破損等について一切の責任を負いかねます。
近隣の皆様へのご迷惑及び事故防止のため、会場周辺での待機や座り込みはご遠慮ください。
近隣に駐輪場などはございません。ご来場の際は公共交通機関をご利用ください。
会場施設・周辺でのトレーディング（物品交換・売買）禁止しております。これらの行為に生じたお客様同士のトラブルなどについて、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
他のお客様や近隣住民への迷惑行為はご遠慮ください。
スタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合、やむを得ず退場をお願いすることがございます。

鑑賞に関して

会場内では雰囲気を損なわないよう、静かにご鑑賞ください。
会場内は動画撮影禁止となります。写真撮影は可能ですが、他のお客様やスタッフが映り込まないようご配慮ください。
SNSへの投稿は可能ですが、一部撮影・投稿が禁止されているエリアがございます。（会場内掲示をご確認ください）
会場内で販売している飲食物以外の持ち込み・飲食はご遠慮ください。
会場内では携帯電話をマナーモードに設定のうえ、ご遠慮ください。
展示品や備品にはお手を触れないようお願いいたします。
体調が悪くなったり、けがをされた場合はお近くのスタッフへお声がけください。
会場内のルールやスタッフの指示に従わない方は、入場をお断りする、または退場していただく場合がございます。

チケット注意事項

チケットはライブポケットで販売します。展示会でのチケット販売はございません。
「イベント入場チケット」をお持ちでない方は入場いただけません。
チケットの譲渡は禁止とさせていただきます。
なお、2名分でご購入のお客様は、必ず同行者様と同時にご入場ください商品の完売による、入場券の払い戻しはできかねます。
キャンセル扱いとなった場合や入金後のキャンセルは、いかなる理由でも返金・振替はできません。
グッズ商品完売によるチケット払い戻しはできません。
天災・主催者都合などによるイベント中止を除き、払い戻し・補償はいたしかねます（交通費・宿泊費等も含む）

チケット予約申込上限数

・1アカウントにつき1日1枠2名様まで
各対象日程からお好きな日を選んだ上で、対象の1日ごとに第1希望の入場回までお申し込みいただけます。
例）
11月28日(金) 18:00～19:30の予約チケットに申し込み済の場合、同アカウントで11月28日(金)の他の時間帯の予約チケットにはお申し込みいただけません。
11月28日(金)以外の日程で予約チケットに空きがある場合はお申し込みいただけます。

グッズに関して

展示会へのご入場（チケット購入）は、全てのグッズの購入機会をお約束するものではありません。
商品は十分な数量をご用意しますが、売り切れ・入荷待ちとなる場合もございます。
転売目的での購入は固くお断りいたします。
会場内の状況により、入店後も商品購入までに待ち時間が発生する場合がございます。
ご入場1回につき、お一人様1回限り、すべてまとめてのお会計となります。
特定の商品だけを別会計にすることはできません。
複数人数分まとめてのお会計はできません。1会計=1名様分のみのルールです。

購入について

グッズはイベント入場チケットをお持ちの方のみ ご購入いただけます。
ご購入は 1入場につき1会計までとさせていただきます。
商品には購入数制限を設けております。
在庫に関するお問い合わせ、在庫数、入荷予定等にはお答えできかねます。Xにてご確認ください。
商品について商品画像と実際の商品は色味・形状が多少異なる場合がございます。
不良品以外のお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。
商品不良の場合、お買い上げいただいた日を含めて1週間以内の商品に限り、良品との交換対応をさせていただきます。
なお、お買い上げいただいた際のレシートが無い場合はお受けできません。
不良品は原則、交換対応のみ。紛失や使用後の破損などには対応できません。
お買い求めいただいた商品・数量・釣り銭等は必ずその場でご確認ください。
ランダム商品のサーチ行為（開封確認など）はお断りしております。

About the Exhibition

This exhibition operates on a time-specified entry system with session changes between each time slot.
When purchasing a ticket, please select your preferred entry session.
Each ticket includes an entry time and serial number, and admission will proceed according to those times.
Tickets are valid only for the designated session. Entry to other sessions is not permitted.
Information and details regarding this exhibition may change without prior notice.
Please make sure to check the latest updates, details, and notices on this website, the official X (Twitter) account, and the ticket sales site.

Admission

Admission is not permitted without an “Event Admission Ticket.”
Tickets will be sold via LivePocket. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the venue.
Pets are not allowed to enter the venue.
Re-entry is not permitted.
Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 15 minutes before your designated entry time.
Admission will be in order of serial numbers.
Upon entry, please present the QR code shown on your “Admission Ticket Screen” for scanning.
You will be required to present a photo ID that matches the name used on your ticket purchase account.

The following photo IDs are accepted:
・Passport
・Driver’s License
・My Number Card (Individual Number Card)
・Disability Certificate
・Residence Card
・Special Permanent Resident Certificate
*IDs without a photo are not accepted even if you possess a valid ticket.
*Copies, handwritten IDs, expired IDs, or altered IDs are not valid.

At admission, a drink voucher (included in the ticket) will be provided.
Please redeem your drink at the designated drink counter.
Bags may be inspected upon entry.
Items prohibited by law are strictly forbidden.
Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought into the venue. (No cloak service is available.)
For security reasons, visitors wearing full-face masks, heavy makeup, or costumes that obscure facial features will not be admitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. No smoking areas are available.
Please take responsibility for your own belongings, including valuables. The organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
To prevent inconvenience and ensure safety, please refrain from waiting or sitting around the venue area.
No bicycle parking is available nearby. Please use public transportation.
Trading (exchanging or selling items) inside or around the venue is prohibited. The organizer assumes no responsibility for troubles arising from such activities.
Please refrain from disturbing other guests or nearby residents.
Those who do not follow staff instructions may be asked to leave the venue.

During the Exhibition

Please enjoy the exhibition quietly so as not to disturb the atmosphere.
Video recording is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Photography is permitted, but please ensure other guests and staff are not captured in your photos.
Posting photos on social media is allowed, except in areas marked as restricted (please check the venue signs).
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Only food and drinks sold at the venue may be consumed.
Please set your mobile phone to silent mode while inside the venue.
Do not touch any exhibits or fixtures.
If you feel unwell or are injured, please inform nearby staff.
Anyone who fails to comply with venue rules or staff instructions may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Ticket Information

Tickets will be sold via LivePocket. No tickets will be sold at the exhibition venue.
Admission is not permitted without an “Event Admission Ticket.”
Ticket transfers are prohibited.
For customers who purchase two tickets, both attendees must enter together.
Refunds cannot be made due to sold-out merchandise.
Once payment is completed, cancellations and refunds for any reason will not be accepted.
Tickets will not be refunded in case of sold-out goods.
Refunds or compensation (including travel and accommodation costs) will not be provided except in the event of cancellation due to natural disasters or organizer decisions.

Ticket Application Limits

・Up to 2 persons per slot per day per account.
You may apply for one preferred entry session per day.

Example:
If you apply for the November 28 (Fri) 18:00–19:30 session, you cannot apply for any other time slots on November 28 with the same account.
However, you may apply for sessions on other available days.

About Merchandise

Admission (ticket purchase) does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase all merchandise.
While sufficient quantities will be prepared, some items may sell out or become back-ordered.
Purchases for resale purposes are strictly prohibited.
Depending on the venue situation, there may be waiting times for purchases after entry.
Each visitor is limited to one purchase per entry session.
Separate payments for individual items are not permitted.
Group payments for multiple guests are not allowed (1 payment = 1 person).

Purchasing Rules

Only guests with an Event Admission Ticket may purchase merchandise.
Each person is limited to one purchase per entry session.
Purchase quantity limits may apply.
We cannot respond to inquiries regarding stock levels or restock schedules. Please check official X for updates.
Product colors or shapes may differ slightly from images.
Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences are not accepted.
Defective items may be exchanged for non-defective ones within one week from the purchase date, provided you have the original receipt.
No exchanges can be made without a receipt.
Only exchanges (not refunds) are offered for defective items. Lost or damaged items after purchase cannot be replaced.
Please check your purchased items, quantities, and change at the time of payment.
Searching (e.g., opening) of random items is not allowed.

We cannot accept letters, gifts, or flower arrangements (including flower stands).

入场时可能会进行行李检查。
禁止携带法律禁止的物品入场。
大型行李如行李箱等不得带入会场。（会场不提供寄存服务）
出于安全考虑，佩戴无法确认面部的头饰、特殊化妆、面具、全罩头盔、全身角色扮装者不得入场。
会场内全面禁止吸烟，亦无吸烟区。
请自行保管贵重物品。主办方对遗失、被盗、损坏等情况概不负责。
为避免影响周边居民及防止事故，请勿在会场周边逗留或坐地等候。
附近无停车场或自行车停放区，请使用公共交通工具前来。
会场及周边禁止进行商品交换或买卖（交易行为）。若因此产生纠纷，主办方概不负责。
请避免对其他观众或附近居民造成困扰。
若不听从工作人员指示，可能会被请离会场。

关于观展

请保持安静，以免破坏会场氛围。
会场内禁止录制视频。可进行摄影，但请避免拍摄到其他观众或工作人员。
允许在SNS上发布照片，但部分区域禁止拍摄与发布（请确认会场指示标识）。
请勿携带外部饮食入场，仅可食用会场内销售的饮食。
请将手机设为静音模式。
请勿触摸展品及会场设备。
若身体不适或受伤，请立即告知附近工作人员。
若不遵守会场规定或工作人员指示，可能会被拒绝入场或请出会场。

门票注意事项

门票通过 LivePocket 销售，现场不提供售票服务。
未持有“活动入场门票”的观众无法入场。
禁止转让门票。
若购买两人份门票，请务必与同行者同时入场。
因商品售罄导致的退款恕不受理。
付款完成后，无论任何理由，均不接受取消、退款或变更。
因商品售罄无法退款。
除因天灾或主办方原因导致活动中止外，不提供退款或补偿（包括交通及住宿费用）。

门票申请上限

・每个账号每天限申请1场次、最多2人入场。
每天仅可选择1个希望入场场次进行申请。

例：
若您已申请11月28日（周五）18:00～19:30场次，则无法再申请同日的其他时间段。
但可申请其他日期尚有空位的场次。

关于周边商品

入场（购票）并不保证可购买所有周边商品。
虽准备了充足库存，但部分商品可能售罄或需等待补货。
严禁以转售为目的的购买行为。
根据会场状况，可能在入场后仍需等待购买。
每位观众每次入场仅限结账一次。
不可将特定商品分开结账。
不可多人合并结账（1次结账=1人）。

关于购买

仅持有活动入场门票者可购买周边商品。
每位观众每次入场仅限购买一次。
商品可能设有购买数量限制。
关于库存、到货时间等问题恕不答复，请关注官方X以获取最新消息。
商品图片与实物可能存在轻微色差或形状差异。
